User ResponsibilitiesExpected Behaviors: Users are expected to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy and the applicable laws in UAE.Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in illegal activities, post harmful content, spam, phish, or engage in other malicious behaviors.4. Intellectual PropertyOwnership: All content on the app and website is owned by Berezka Restaurant LLC and Chalet Berezka Catering Services LLC. Some content may be partially owned by artists performing at Chalet Berezka.Usage Restrictions: Users are not allowed to use, reproduce, or distribute the content without explicit permission from the content owners.5. User-Generated ContentSubmission of Content: Users are not permitted to submit their own content (e.g., reviews, comments, photos) on our Service.6. Payment TermsPaid Services: Our Service includes paid services such as food delivery.Payment Methods: We accept three payment methods: online card payments through the mobile app, card payments upon receipt, and cash upon receipt.Refunds: Refunds can be requested by contacting restaurant staff. If a user cancels a paid but undelivered and unprepared, the restaurant staff will set the order status to “Canceled” and the system will initiate a refund. Refunds for completed paid orders are initiated only by the restaurant staff.7. Account SecurityUser Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password. Users agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.8. Cookies and Tracking TechnologiesWe do not use cookies or other tracking technologies to collect data. However, if this changes in the future, users will be notified, and they will have the option to manage their cookie preferences.9.
